Hey all,
I put together an new process to take the place of a Snapshot replication job from server A to server B. Last night I disabled the snapshot agent job and the distribution agent job, but the snapshot ran anyway.
Any thoughts?
P.S. the schedules for each agent job were not disabled, but that shouldn't matter if the job it's self is disabled, correct?
Thanks,
DK

Do you have another job that executed that snapshot job?

SQLRNNR,
Thanks for your reply. I can not find any other agent job that is calling this snapshot agent job. Any ideas?
Thanks again,
DK

What do you see in the job history for that particular job?

I see a typical run of the job, as if nothing had changed. All the step start and complete.

Thanks for the help, it did not run at the next scheduled time. I disabled the schedule, but other than that made no other changes. Not sure if disabling the schedule had any effect. But, it is not an issue anymore.
Thanks again,
DK
