Direct sending email from the table

    Hi All

    I have an table which shows usernames based on some filteration done. here what i have is Email Id mentioned in the one of the columns . if i click that particular record of email column. i want my system to send an email to that mail box.

    As i am very new to this email notifications and services . how can i do it in reporting services. and i don't know .net or VB.please be very clear,such that i can catch them up very easily

    i mean

    1) what code need to be applied

    2)where to apply

    3)how should i apply

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    For the textbox properties, select advanced properties and in 'Jump to URL' add 'mailto:name@domain' with appropriate values. You can make it dependent on the data by clickong on the fx button and building an expression.

    Upto now i was glad to find a solution.but still i want the user to use the report very easily.i want to provide him a option for sending email to all listed in the report.

    supposing that i have all the email ids listed in report. i want to send the report to all listed in the report.

    please assist me with a solution and the query to concatenate all the values in the email id column

    it would be really great if you have any idea.
