Too much to mention.
Anything specific? Database engine, administration, TSQL, BI features?
Google for sql 2012 new features and you'll get dozens of blog posts, articles and white papers on what's new.
Need an answer? No, you need a question

The major plus is BI and DB mirroring AlwaysOn - having a Mirrored DB that is readable is pretty cool - just my opinion of course.

If you want to see What's New with any piece of the stack (Engine, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) you can check the What's New section in Books Online: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb522534.aspx If you click on the 'Other Versions' link towards the top of the page you'll get a drop-down and should be able to see the other versions' pages of what's new in those releases.

Integration Service Catalog is really nice feature in SQL 2012 in that you can deploy your SSIS Packages and Create environment as you wish.
Thanks:-)

Yes,
In 2012 there is new feature called project parameters here you can define parameters on project level and configure your connection manager accordingly.
This feature is really useful when you work on different environment like dev,qa,prod
Thanks:-)

Interesting features indeed.
