Hi All,
Can any tel me the difference between SSIS 2005 , SSIS 2008 and SSIS 2008 R2 ?

What is your real question? What are you trying to answer?
Between 2005 and 2008 the basic structure and capabilities are the same. In 2008 some of the components had options added to them, the most memorable for me was the Lookup component, they added a "No Match" output the the previous list of "Match Output" and "Error Output". There was some additional components added at the control-flow and data-flow levels.
So I come back to, what are you trying to accomplish?

I don't remember whats new between 2005 and 2008, sorry.. And between 2008 and R2 I think there is really nothing different..
A list of whats different doesn't get you much..
By and large new development should be on SQL 2008R2 at this point.
Back to my original question, what are you trying to accomplish?

Currently i'm using 2005 , we are palnning to use 2008 so to learn and understand the new things and its advantages , pros and cons ...
