  Dear Gurus,

  I working as a MS SQL DBA in a small company. Last week I attended an interview, which i cleared, comming Tuesday 06/12/2005 i have an telephonic interview from Florida.

  Please Please Please give me your valuable tips regarding it. I've no idea about telephonic interviews.
