Guys I would like to talk about network design for sql server 2008 replication my thoughts are to
use vlans one for replication traffic, regular sql traffic, and non sql traffic things such as rpd coping of files to and from file servers etc So I would like to get all of your thoughts on this layout also I would like to ask how do you tell sql server to use one nic for repletion and another for something else I'm also curious in knowing how you guys have your networks laid out for sql server traffic?

We use different VLANS for different servers or computers. All DBs will stay in the DB Vlan. All DBs will have network teaming set up. But we not use separate VLANS for different IO operation. I do not know if that is possible.
