Deploying An SSIS Package

  I have developed an SSIS package on my local machine and it works fine.

  I am attempting to deploy the package by right-clicking the manifest file, selecting "deploy" from the context menu and following the wizard. I am selecting the "SQL Server Deployment" option, but when I finish the wizard it produces the error shown below. The error seems to imply security issues, but I am SA on the target SQL Server as well as admin on the machine itself.

  Can anyone explain why and point me in the direction of a solution ?
