Dear All,
Login ENABLE or DISABLE is made any change in sys.syslogins tables.
Please clarify.

syslogins is an old SQL 2000 compatibility view. Since you couldn't disable logins in SQL 2000, the view won't show the disabled property. Use sys.server_principals, which is the current view that displays logins, and you'll see a column called is_disabled.
