Delete Duplicate data from excel file and load into a sql server database using SSIS

    Hi,

    i have one excel file in source location and it is containing some duplicate recrods. While loading the excel data into database i donot want to insert duplicate data.

    Can somebody plz assist me to create the above said SSIS package.

    In the data flow task, configure your source and destination.

    Use the Sort transformation to sort the data. On the bottom of sort transformation editor you will have a check box to delete duplicate records.
