Defining PK-FK relationships between different databases

  Does anyone know if it's possible to define a PK-FK relationship where the dimension table is in one dB, and the fact table another? I can't see in Management Studio, when I add a New Foreign Key, where it specifies the databases the 2 tables are in.

  This isn't something I neceassrily want to do mind you, so even if it is possible, what would be the pros & cons if any.

  We're in the midst of building our firts SSAS project and I want to make sure we get the ground rules correct
