It’s well known fact that if all report parameters are provided as default ones report will start automatically. Does anybody know how to trick this behavior? I would like to show both report parameters as default but to start report execution only when user will press “View Report” button. Thanks

havent u faced any issues in actually viewing the report after its been deployed? i mean, i am facing the problem that it works fine when i clik preview but when i view it in the web browser,by deploying/running it, it doesnt seem to realize that there are default parameters specified... and it asks me to <Select a Value>... this does not always happen tho..in some reports,it works fine but i dont seem to detect what i do differently to avoid this problem..
can yu help?

I didn’t have any problem with default parameters after deployment. It’s pretty challenging to figure out what is wrong as you didn’t provide any info how you supply default parameters- from query or not? If you used query checked whether dataset for parameters was deployed properly.

The Year Parameter is thru the query while the State parameter e.g. California, is Non-queried
