"Default bound to column" error

  • I am running a script against a couple of databases on my SQL Server 2000 Standard Edition Instance and I am getting the following in the results pane:

"Default bound to column"  I have searched the MS Knowledge base and found a couple of vague references to this.   Does anyone know why I might be getting this???   the script 'seems' to run fine..   except for the funky error in the results pane.  also, I didn't post the script here because it is quite large, but I can if I need to.   Thank you!!

  • Haven't seen this one before, and the only reference I could find was at the bottom of this kb http://support.microsoft.com/kb/328937/EN-US/ where they say that it can be ignored.. In the context of the kb anyway... Have you looked at it and does the kb provide any clues according to what your script does?

  • Thanks, I hadn't pulled that article in my search but it seems to be related to SMS.    The other articles I pulled speak to permissions and object permissions..   I'm kinda stumped here!
