Hi
does anyone know how to debug bcp command line utility furthur, Is there a verbose mode which gives usa more information on whats being copied

What's being copied out is the query you run, so just run that in Query Analyzer to see what's going out. As for in, it's the source. If you're not sure, run it to a new table for testing.
I don't know of a good utility for this.

The only assistance the command provide that I am aware of is the "-e errfile" option which is only useful on bcp "in" operations.
