Can you please cross check the following?
1. Ping the server and check for connection
2. Try connecting using Server IP Address
3. Verify the Server Name used
4. Check if the fireball is blocking the connection
5. Check if sql server is listening on some other ports

Hi,
Check if the TCP/IP protocol has been enabled & also if the SQL services are started & running fine.
Thanks
Have a nice day !!!

I did the change and Restarted the SQL SERVER even try to create the username and password and assing the priority by still is the same ..
Is any way to ourcome with this problem as the Server is haveing two NETWORK CARD But i think it will not create any problem as we used to work with the same server with WIndows 2000 operating system but recently we updated to 2003 Windows then this problem is appearing
And can even Add and open from query Analyzer and Enterprise manager of other server only the problem is when exectuing from IIS its giving this error
Sa Login failed for user 'sa'. Reason: Not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection.
