DBMAIL and SQL Services

    Hi All,

    I am creating a DBMAIL, I know the smtp server name, can you please let us know which account need to be added to smtp server with what permissions.

    AND

    I saw if sql server agent service account set to local system accounts and it will use NT\AUTHORITY System. If we set the local system account to service accounts which account it will use ?

    Whichever account you mention in the Basic Authentication screen (as in this screenshot), needs to have a mailbox of its own.
