  Does anyone happen to have a DBA Operations Manual or Run Book that you are willing to share? I need to create one but I'm having some difficulty getting started.

  Thank you for your reply. I actually have the hard copy of the SS2K Operations Guide. I was looking more for someone's implementation of the Guide to use as a template or just to get some ideas from.
