    What is L1,L2 AND L3 IN DBA, What exactly the work for the L1,L2 AND L3 dba's

    Depends on the company. It's not something that has a precise, universal definition.

    Well ... that depends soooooo much on the place !!!!

    It is usually employed on very large organizations.

    Where I work for example we don't have titles and compensation is in *zero* relation with your "title".
