DBA Exit Questions

    I am looking for lists of questions (or links to them) that you would ask a DBA who is leaving to make sure you can smoothly transition their work.

    Any list of questions would be helpful, big or small. I have been making my own list of questions, but I don’t want to wait till after they are gone to realize I forgot to ask something.

    Any examples of transitions that went wrong would be helpful also.
