DBA, Data Scientist, Database Engineer. What's the difference?

    I'm more interested in your general opinion. I'm not aware of any consensus on this subject but maybe I'm wrong?

    DBE is usually something in between (or a combo of) DBA and DBD (which could be DB Developer or Designer).

    I never heard about Data Scientist, but I knew some Data Analysts. They are usually business analysts with some degree of knowledge of SQL and/or DMX/MDX.

    I prefer Data Janitor myself. More appropriate most of the time.

    I like the way you think. We have a 'Data Developer' who's title really out to be Darth Data "The Corrupter".
