  As SQL Server Certification MCSA 2016 Administration, comes to an end in January 2021.

  Is it possible, to run a virtual lab for azure, testing labs for Always On technology ? Do you know, about any resource that could help to grasp and master this technology...

  Take a look at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/exams/dp-300, which is the newer certification for the old MCSA Administration

  That has specific modules for Always On, I would recommend going through the pieces in the self paced learning (Online-Free) and it has a module specifically for high availability technologies.
