  Does anyone have any ideas about this type of SQL warning:

  'database server can not keep up with updates (DB queue size: 17833, Maximum: 4166)'?

  It seems to me some configuration should be changed the maximum level, but I'm not sure what is it?

  Any helps will be highly appreciated.

  I had something similar in SQL 2000. It had to do with the disk system not keeping up with the update load.

  Have you checked to see if there are issues with performance on the disks? Check the disk Q (both data and log files)
