In job failure alert, if I give my team alias (group mail) as a parameter in the @recipients variable in sp_send_dbmail command, we are not getting mail, but if I mention individuals mail alias, it is succeeding.
Am I missing anyting or How can I resolve this issue?
Thanks in advance...
Jay.
Thanks

We just created a "group mailbox" (=classic mailbox) and granted every dba read of the mails. This way every dba can see if a mail has been handled or not.

Thanks for your update.
Are there any possibilities to resolve this issue without using group mail box?
Thanks in advance...
Jay.
Thanks
