How to see the database diagram
that tables structures and relations in graphically

Built in to Management Studio is a way to view the diagram. Connect to a server. In the Object Explorer pane expand databases, pick a database and expand that. There'll be a selection called Database Diagrams. Expand that. If you've never created a diagram, you'll get a dialog box that asks if you want to add objects needed to create one. Click yes. Now right click on the Database Diagrams and select add new. You'll get a list of tables. Select the tables you want and click Add. You have a diagram.
