DateTime Picker Control

    I want to add a DateTime Picker control to a Reporting Services report. The controls in this category are greyed-out in the toolbox selection menu so I am not sure if this type of control is available for use in Reporting Services. I think I have seen others use it to select a date to be used as a query parameter however.

    i didnt get your question properly, still i will give it a shot...

    just declare your parameter as datetime and then u wil get a datepicker control next to ur parameter. Just try it and tell me if it works

    Jason that was all it took. That field is coming in from an exteranal source and is defined as a char datatype so it din't even occur to me change the default from string to datetime. Duh!
