is there any method to implement date range filter( fromdate and todate) in performancepoint 2010?
I can implement the same in SSRS reports but can't in performancepoint 2010.

As compared to SSRS, in PPS, there is a very good facility to create time intelligence filters. In msdn you can find many articles for the same. One of the link is http://blogs.msdn.com/b/performancepoint/archive/2007/08/23/time-intelligence-post-formula-filters.aspx

Hi Divya,
I tried with the 'time intelligence post formula filer' as per the above link.
The date filters are exist in the dashboard, but the data are not reflected in the report.

Have you done the connection between the filter and the scorecard or any report in dashboard.

You can do this type of a setup with analytical reports, but you do have to modify the MDX and setup parameters. This means that you will lose the interactive capabilities with the report.
Here is a link with an example of how you set something like this up - http://dailyitsolutions.blogspot.com/2011/01/from-date-to-date-in-performancepoint.html
