Hi,
Followin is the error messae
The header for file 'D:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Data\SIMPLIFY_Log.LDF' is not a valid database file header. The PageAudit property is incorrect.
Device activation error. The physical file name 'D:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL\Data\xxx.LDF' may be incorrect.

Restore your latest backup and all transaction log backups up to the point that the DB went suspect.

I would also dig into your hardware and make sure you do not have an underlying problem there after you follow Gail's advice.

Yup. Absolutely. Something damaged the log file's header. Probably a problem with the IO subsystem
