I have four databases (size between 20MB to 1300MB) which has (Principal, Synchronized) next to there name And on the Witness Server they have (mirror, synchronized, restoring). It's been like this for two days. I belive this happen when one of our guys took the database offline to move the Log file. What do I need to do so the (Principal ,Synchronized) state isn't there next to the database name when I look at it in Studio Management?

This is normal for mirrored databases.

Why do you want to remove (Principal, Synchronised)? It's telling you that's the principal database for a mirroring configuration and that the mirroring is in the synchronised state (principal and mirror identical)

I wasn't sure if it was normal. When one opens Management Studio and hit database and see the list of databases names, I wasn't sure it's ok to see
DBName (Principal, Synchronized) instead of just DBName.
