Database "Standard Reports" - What Permissions ?

     With SP2 of SQL 2005, there's an option for database reports. I have a developers who's trying to run some of the standard reports, but is getting a permission error" 

    "The user does not have permission to perform this action". 

    I've been searching around, and can't find what level of access he needs for this.  Any ideas ??

    EDIT:  I did some testing with a test account, and found that granting "processadmin" rights gave permissions to most of the standard reports. Not sure if that's the best solution, but it's ok for now & this particular developer.

    I have run into several errors on databases that I upgraded.   The databases with the problems were all in '80' compatibility mode and didnt work with the standard reports.
