Read the article.
Very probably setting your database to simple en regulary make backups will work for your requirements.
(Steps 1/2/3 in my previous post).
Simple Mode.
But the article will probably tell you that when shit hits the fan you loose the changes (inserts / mutations etc.) since your last backup. The users have to redo their work. This might be acceptable, but if loosing the recent changes is not acceptable then you can not use Simple mode.
