You would need to either upgrade to SQL Server Express 2008 R2, or to a fully licenced version of SQL Server (edition dependant upon your requirements).
If this is just a test box, then you might be able to remove some of the content from Sharepoint.
Best of luck!

The thing is that I have both installed on here. Can just detatch it from the SQL Express and then log onto the full verion and connect it there?

Maybe, but you'll also have to change sharepoint to point to the other instance, not to the Express instance

I always preffer the back/ restore path.
That way WHEN (not if) something goes wrong you can back out of it without any troubles.

This might help http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc512725.aspx
For the little I've done in Sharepoint, I have to say I found the technet articles quite good to follow.

That tip helped so much. I moved things to my other SQL server. Now I have to figure out how come I can only upload one exe at a time to Sharepoint and not multiples. UGG Thanks EVeryone
