Database Roles

    Hello,

    I need to find out what database role has been assigned to which user through query.

    This is for audit purpose.

    Any clue in the right direction will be highly appreciated.

    Edit :- This is required for Sql 2000, 2005 and 2008 databases..

    This site contains a T-SQL statement that I believe will provide you with what you require ... it was written by Michelle Gutzait and will produce a report in HTML format ready for publication

    This contains a script for finding Roles per user in each database... That is what i was looking for.
