could you also help me in following, please:
User: could use Public role
BA: access to all A, B and C databases,
They can't Add/structure change/remove in: table, stored procedure, view or any data direct in DB table
Developers: access to A, B, C, D, and E databases.
They can change table structure.
They can't add tables, stored procedures, views or any data direct in DB table

The BA Access is ok, all you need to is put db_datareader, db_datawriter.
However the Developer permission will not work. You can put the developers to db_datareader, db_datawriter ok but then will have to give them the db_ddladmin permission will allow them to create, delete and modify tables, views and sps.
