Once I do the full backup restore, do I have to apply each differential in order, or can I just apply the last differential from the 25th?
6/22/11 Full backup
6/23/11 Diff backup
6/24/11 Diff backup
6/25/11 Diff backup

Restore the full. Restore the last differential. If you have log backups restore them all in order. Restore all but the last backup WITH NORECOVERY

Restore a full backup with norecovery on 6/22/11 +
Restore a Differential backup with norecovery on 6/25/11
If you have log backup restore it (with recovery ) after the Differential backup on 6/25/11 in a sequence.

Restore a full backup with norecovery on 6/22/11 +
Restore a Differential backup with recovery on 6/25/11 if you don't have log back up
OR
If you have log back up restore a Differential backup on 6/25/11 with norecovery.
Be informed that you must restore all back up with no recovery except the last one.
