Hi all,
approximately how much time the sql server 2008 r2 will take to restore 66GB of .BAK file.
Environment:
windows server 2008 R2
16GB RAM.
.bak file is in another machine.(not in server, from server i given path of that .bak file)
because for past 2 hours its showing 0%.
Thanks in advance

Like a previous poster stated It depends... it really does... the age of your server, memory, high cpu when you are running the restore... high or low I/O operations....etc...
I can take a db backup of some size and restore it into different servers and the restore will take different lengths of time.
About the only way to know is to do it one time and you will know how long it will take.
Not the answer you want to hear but....
