Backup Plan
-Full backup sunday 12:00 pm
-Fifferential backup sun-sat 7:00 PM
-Tran log backup every hour Sun 8:00 pm onwards to Sun 11:00 AM
Database crashes on wednesday 6:55 PM
Recovery strategy
: restore sunday weekly full back up of 12:00 PM
: restore differential backup of Tuesday 7:00 PM
: restore tran log backup every hour from 7:00 PM Tue to 6:00 PM Wednesday
Is there any way we can get the transactions that were happening
between 6:00 PM to 6: 55 PM Wednesday
Database not accessible as it has crashed?

You not able to get tail tran log backup?
No access to the DB?

Depends.
if SQL is still running and the DB is still listed as a database on that server and the log file is undamaged you can take a tail log backup. If any of the above are not true, there's no way to get at those transactions
That's why the interval between log backups should be the max allowable data loss for the DB.
