can any one suggest on this how to achieve on the below of the database pefromance ?
a) Historic performance data should be kept in a persistent "database" for a period of at least 6 months.
The most recent data could be more detailed than the oldest data.
b) Access to information and graphical charts should be possible for a various number of persons within CSC - e.g. via webbrowser.
c) Information could e.g consist of:
Cpu utilization
IO wait rate
Number of IO's - e.g. divided into sequential and random IO's
Number of physical read/writes
Number of logical reads/writes
Disk space util per drive/LUN
Blocking history
Most expensive SQL's
Other types might be relevant as well.
d) Required disk space for the performance follow-up tools should be kept at a minimum (e.g. 50 GB).
Replies are highly appreciated

Most of the 3rd party monitoring tools should be able to give you some of that at lease. Get demos of them and try them out, see which work best for you.
