Hi,
I need to confirm that if there is no Wintness server invlovled during the mirroring configuration which perform automatic failover and, the principle server goes down or damaged due to any reason then system can able to change the mirror server to principal server?
If No then how can we change the mirror server to principal server incase of principal server goes down in any disaster and there is no witness server?
Please can any body know the answer?
Thank you.

If there is no witness, you will not get automatic failover, you'll have to do any failovers manually. Have a look at the database mirroring section in Books Online, specifically the page entitled "How to: Manually Fail Over a Database Mirroring Session"

Yes, the process of making the mirror server the primary in the case of a disaster is called 'failing over the principal', which is what the section I referred you to discusses.
