Database Mirroring Question

  • Can you setup Database Mirroring using sql server 2008 as the mirror and SQL Server 2000 as the Principal. I would like to use sql server 2008 to setup this process. It this doable. Thanks.

I didn't test it. But i m sure its not possible because mirroring is failover with in the dataabse, so 2000 will not support it.
