MSDN has an updated content which claims as such
"Removed the incorrect statement that automatic page repair is limited to SQL Server 2008 Enterprise. SQL Server 2008 Standard also supports automatic page repair."

OK, I checked. I meant to fix the 4/7 question, put in the wrong ID and updated 4/8 🙁The answer for 4/8 is enterprise only (caveat on Developer posted)
But that answer is wrong: see the change history swction of http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb677167.aspx, which notes that the errorneous statement that it's in enterprise only has now been fixed - it's in standard too.
