    The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 2 (2011-04-13T15:27:43). Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (Transaction failed. The server response was: 5.7.1 <ananda.murugesan@ril.com>: Relay access denied).

    )

    Please tell me, what could be Error & how to resolve this? is there Mail server have problem?

  • You need to take up this problem with your email administrator. If you are using Exchange, you can send through a "smart host". That's what we do.

  • Antivirus is probably blocking you from sending emails.

    Talk to your Security Admin and Exchange Admin.

    If you have setup the Mail Client correctly, then you are probably being blocked by Exchange, Antivirus or Firewall.
