Greetings,
I am trying to depict the jobs schedule in our sql agent into visio diagram. Could you all help me with some visio templates? I am thinking about a matrix with the vertical side in hours(12AM to 11:59PM) and horizontal side in days (S,M,T,W,T,F,S).
We do not have any monthly jobs hence the above format will best suit me.
Thank you in advance.

Hi there,
Based on what you shared, I think you may be able to accomplish this using a GANTT Chart template which can be found in Visio 2010. You can read more about it here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/visio-help/communicate-schedule-details-with-a-visio-gantt-chart-HA101981842.aspx
Feel free to reach out to me if you have any other questions. You can find me on Twitter V_is_for_VISIO 🙂

Thanks, Jessica
The gantt chart does not give me an option to list the days (Sunday thru Saturday). It lists by months and dates but not at the day level. Also, vertically not at the hour level.
I just need to apply the the hour and minute the job starts and job dependencies but none of the schedule type visio templates provide this solution.

Could you use the timeline template? http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/visio-help/create-a-timeline-to-show-a-snapshot-of-your-schedule-HA010147660.aspx
FYI both the timeline and the gant will move shapes around from data but only in the client, shapes will not move in Visio Services.
