Database health check in SQL Server 2005

    Hi All,

    One of my customer mailed me and asked to give database health report. I started working on it, I made one report that includes : DBCC Checkdb report, Disk space report, Error log file report, Blocking and Deadlock report, Index usage or fragmentation report, Statistics related report. What more informations I can include in Database Health Check report? Are there any standard informations that I can include in Database Health Check report ?

    For stuff like that, you should investigate the (free) SQL Server Performance Dashboard tool. It should give you everything you need (and them some) in a usable format. There's also the Health and History tool.
