Database Growth -SQL Server 2000

    We recently upgraded our SAP database from 7.0 to 8.0. Around this time we also experienced a spike in database growth. We were at about 1 GB/week and now we are growing at 2 GB/week. I am not sure what has caused the spike and would like to rule out the SQL Server upgrade.

    Are there any known differences in growth rate between SQL Server 7.0 and 2000?

    We are ruunig SAP in SQL Server 2000 with average 20GB database growth per month. For you situation, you better send SAP message to inquiry or check SAP notes.

    Do you see significant increasement of users transactions?
