my backup strategy is
weekly full backup
everyday diff backup
every 1 hour TLog backup
my database is crashed on wednesday at 3:30PM.
Now (Saturday) i want to bring back to online state without data loss..
can anyone suggest me the issue..

Need more detail. What do you mean by 'crashed'? What's the exact current state of the database? And why are you waiting 3 days before restoring the database?
Do you have the weekly full backup, the latest diff and all log backups since then available?

Some one deleted log file of the database.

Then you may not need to restore at all. See http://sqlinthewild.co.za/index.php/2009/06/09/deleting-the-transaction-log/
