Working in a "new to me" environment which is primarily SS 2005 with a lot of replication. All the servers involved in replication are 2005. There are a handful of databases that are still set to compatibility level of "SQL Server 2000 (80)". I want to change these over but I am hoping that someone has done this before and can share any issues that they had in doing this. I searched and read pretty diligently and it doesn't appear that there are any known issues but I thought I would check here prior to executing the change.
I also have some merge replication publications set to a lower compatibility level which I would like to change as well so, if there are any issues here please let me know this as well.
Thanks in advance.

I dont see any issue. I had scripted out the sql 2000 relication --> restored the databases in sql 2005 --> set the compatibility level to 90 then applied the script. all went fine without any issues.
