Hi,
I have all kinds of problems with Data Viewers in SSIS.
Deleting Data Viewer with the default name causes Visual Studio to crash.
Now Data Viewer appeares in Tabs format
and I can see only the first Data Viewer.
All other Data Viewers stopped loading when I clicked on
some "Visualization" tab.
Anybody can help>
Thank you,
Robert

I am having a similar issue with the data viewer, although it is intermittant. When I delete the data viewer BIDS crashes for no reason. If I remove tasks on either end of the data viewer within the data flow, BIDS crashes for no reason. Of course Microsoft has received my errors regarding this problem but no response yet.
If you can help it sure would save some re-work since rebuilding the entire package does eliminate the problem. This crash happens with some packages but not with others.
Help?

A few things I found that were sure to crash BIDS 7 / 10 times:
Deleting a data viewer while a project is running.
Using the delete all breakpoints option.
having said that, I have had no issues since installing SP2. Well, maybe one or two...
Cheers,CrispinI can't die, there are too many people who still have to meet me!It's not a bug, SQL just misunderstood me!
