when i try to process my cubes i get this error:
Data source provider error: Cannot generate SSPI context;HY000;

what is causing this?

it's a log in failure or connection failure - usually occurs for us when someone changes their password but is still logged into sql server - when they try and open up another connection then they et that error until the old connection is closed

so resetting the server should be a simple way to fix this!?hopefully

should do - but you may find that logging out the user that's getting these errors from all devices should also fix it.

the user is just a service account. analysis servces service is running under a service account and that is the account it uses to connect to the db. i reset the server , but the issue remains.
