  I need to secure temporary and cache files created by Report Manager which may contain sensitive data.

  Is it necessary and possible? And how would I do it?

  We are running SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition.

  Report Manager runs over http, so secure the box it is running on similar to the way you would secure any other web server.
