Data Modelling Tool

    Good Morning,

    i would like to kindly ask if there is A Good Tool to use in creating a Physical Data model? The Database Is Already Set up and Tables and SP's are already in place. just wanna ask if there is a tool that could do it like the one displayed below

    Database in SQL Server 2008 --> Use Data Modelling tool --> Data Model Created (In A Visio Or Other Similar Document)

    You can use Visio Professional or better, or ERwin.
