data is not sync in transactional replication

    Hi ,

    I have one issue in trasactional replication.Data is not getting synchronised from pub to subs.If i run 'select count(1) from ' ,I am getting different no. of rows from publisher/subscriber.There is huge differnce almost like 2000 rows.But i am not able to see any error in replication monitor.

    Please suggect how to resolve this issue.As it is 24/7 prod i don't want to do reinitialize.

    I do not have an answer to your dilemma, but you may want to consider going to SQL 2005 or later. We used to have a lot of replication problems with SQL 2000. We have upgraded to SQL 2005 and replication has been virtually bullet proof.
